The Skeetervac SV-5100 and the SV-3100 now accept third party baits such as the Lurex. This bait is typically used when you have problems with the Aedes albopictus or "Asian Tiger" mosquito which are particularly hard to trap using conventional baits.
Adults are known as tiger mosquitoes due to their conspicuous patterns of very black bodies with white stripes. Also, there is a distinctive single white band (stripe) down the length of the back. Check with your Mosquito control district office to be sure.
