The Stinger 1 Acre bug zapper is an electronic unit that is a simple, affordable solution to taking back your yard and making it a more serene, enjoyable place to relax and hang out. Ultraviolet light is a proven technology Stinger uses to attract a wide range of flying insects into the zapper, greatly reducing your insect infestation.

The zapping grid is enclosed with a rugged, weatherproof outer shell that prevents children, pets and other wildlife from any contact. This unit does not rely only on the ultraviolet light, it also uses the NOsquito Octenol Lure, providing you with double the attracting power! Your first NOsquito octenol lure is included to get you started.

There are no tanks to refill or bags to empty or replace, making this an effective, low cost means to eliminate your insect problem. No assembly is required, so you can just plug the UV40 into any 120v outlet, and let the zapping begin. The UV40 bulbs life span is approximately 1000 hours and should be replaced annually to maintain optimal UV effectiveness.
