Flight Guide TacTrap System
    SkeeterVac's exclusive sticky trap guide system uses contrasting white and black to draw the mosquitoes in. The TacTrap is located on the outside of the Skeeter Vac surrounding the SV3100 and SV5100 engine. Research has shown that dark colors are another effective way to draw in mosquitoes. The wider dark area of the TacTrap is where the suction from the fan is. Some moquitoes will stick on the TacTrap, while others get sucked into the Wave Trap Drawer, where they ultimately dehydrate and die.

SkeeterVac holds the key with their exclusive Flight Guide TacTrap system. The black and white contrasting colors attract mosquitoes, guiding to the area where the fan will suck them into the Wave Drawer. Handy tabs, located on the top edge of the sticky trap allows for easy, hygienic removal when the TacTrap is 80% to 90% covered with mosquitoes or other biting insects. Each box inlcudes 2 TacTraps.

Every season varies so there really is no way to be sure of how many TacTraps you will go through. You may see it covered within a week or it may last closer to a month.  We recommended that you buy enough TacTrap's to replace them at least once a month thru the biting season, at least until you can see how your mosquito season is going to go.
